Hello Cross Country Family,
The season is quickly approaching. I hope everyone has had a great summer. This Wednesday, August 2nd, I will be hosting a summer workout at Kit Carson Park 7:30am-9am. We will be meeting at the duck pond. Please make sure to bring lots of water.
Practices will be officially starting August 14th 4:20pm-6pm. We will be holding practices Monday-Friday from then on from 4:20pm-6pm unless otherwise stated. We will also be having a team meeting on Monday, August 14th at 5pm. Practice will run from 4:20-5pm this day. Location TBD. We will talk more on expectations for athletes, how parents can get involved and help, season schedule, and any other questions you may have. If anyone knows anyone who is interested in joining XC this season please have them send me an email at alloyd.performance@gmail.com so we can get them started as soon as possible.
Coach Linny and myself are working to get the season schedule finalized and will be updating the website soon. We will send a reminder email the weekend before and link the website for you.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: All student athletes MUST BE CLEARED before participating on the first day of practice. No exceptions.
