I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend! Really exciting times here in San Diego with the Padres moving on to the NLCS!
Slight change in the schedule this week we will only be having morning training on Tuesday through Thursday (6:45-7:45am).
The season is just around the corner so make sure you're getting all your clearance forms in and doing plenty of cardio training and preparation for tryouts.

Pre-Season Morning Workouts: Workouts started on August 22nd! Workouts will be Monday-Thursday 6:45am-7:45am @ ECHS. All pre-season training is OPTIONAL but highly ENCOURAGED. We will be doing two days of weights and two days of on the field training, as well as periodic film lessons as well. If you want to be prepared for the Varsity season, you will want to be at morning workouts. Please make sure to bring athletic attire, cleats, running shoes, and a water bottle.
