Hello ECHS Players and Families,

Our first week of Pre-Season Training is in the books! I am so happy with the turn out this last week and to see the effort from everyone in training was amazing. I have received several messages from teachers and admin with comments about how inspiring it is to see you ladies dedicated to your craft so early in the morning. Well done!

After discussing with you all, we have decided to make some adjustments this week to accommodate all of your busy schedules. We are still trying to find some time for us to get in the weightroom in the afternoons, but at this point, we are still holding off.

We will have training this week Tuesday- Thursday 6:45am-7:45am. Wednesday will be a film session so you will not need to bring your training equipment. Please continue to keep me updated with your attendance and remember that all of these training sessions are optional. If you need to miss it for some reason (even if that's to get some rest), it is ok!
