Topic 01: 2024 All Team Meeting this Tuesday January 9 in Coach Goodman's Classroom
We will be having our first 2024 All Team Meeting at Lunch for the 2024 ECHS Football Team.
We will review our 2024 Calendar Release, Weight Room, Accountability Groups, and more. See you all this Tuesday!

Topic 04: The Process Begins January 09 : Our goal for the offseason workouts is to build strength, speed, and endurance, and to use it as a team building platform (Work Hard as One - Together). We will offer workout times before school (6:30am and 7:30am) and after school (3:30pm - 4:30pm).
